1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using PixelSync (“the App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License and Ownership

The App and its original content (excluding user-generated art) are the exclusive property of the developer. You own the rights to any artwork you create using the App’s tools.

3. In-App Purchases (Tips & Rewards)

• Voluntary Support: The “Tip Jar” is a voluntary way to support the developer and keep the collaboration and Pixel Mail servers running.
• Digital Reward: As a token of appreciation, dropping a tip unlocks a “Pixel Companion” for your workspace. Tips are consumable in-app purchases and can be purchased multiple times.
• Non-Transferable & Local: The Pixel Companion is a local gift tied to your current app installation on this specific device. It is not tied to a cloud account and cannot be transferred to other devices.
• Refunds: Payments are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We cannot issue refunds directly; you must contact the respective store for refund requests.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Collaborative Canvas or sharing projects via Join Codes, or sending art via Pixel Mail, you agree not to create or share content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property of others.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not responsible for any data loss, including user-generated artwork, local timelapse data, or unlocked digital rewards (such as the Pixel Companion), if the App is deleted, cache is cleared, or your device fails.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App.
